This gorgeous beach home was built in 2023 on a unique, narrow section of Hatteras Island that is one row back from BOTH the beach and the sound. Our street is one of only a few places on the Outer Banks with access to both! Sugar dunes and cotton candy skies are just the cherry on top of this unique location – it’s truly the sweetest spot on the island!
